Postage and packing is a flat rate of £5.00 per single order to one UK address only (to clarify UK includes: Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland)
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure parcels are able to be accepted/left in a safe place on delivery.
While Thornby Moor Dairy does not guarantee delivery on a specific date we will endeavour to meet customers requests.
Goods will normally be dispatched within one week of receipt of Order unless otherwise requested.
Dispatch may be delayed, at the discretion of Thornby Moor Dairy, if the risk of disruption by the weather is deemed to be such that it may delay/harm the goods in transit.
No responsibility is accepted for the following;
– Incorrect or incomplete address
– Unopened parcels
– Delays due to weather
– Gift to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcel
Payment is accepted through Paypal, by Cheque (funds must have cleared prior to dispatch), or in Cash at the Dairy.
The risk of damage or deterioration passes to you, as the buyer, upon receipt.
Damaged parcels must be reported to Thornby Moor Dairy within 24hrs of receipt. Parcels should be opened and goods checked on arrival. Recipients who are unsatisfied, in any way, with the goods they have received should endeavour to contact the Dairy at the earliest opportunity to enable us to provide reassurance, replacement or refund.

Very occasionally we may find a cheese requested is not ready for sale. In such instances the customer will be contacted and offered an alternative of the same value or a refund.
Customer details/information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Prices will be as shown on our website at the time your order reaches us. VAT will be charged at 20% where applicable
Thornby Moor Dairy reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel your order, without penalty, as long as we receive notice at least 4 days prior to the requested date for delivery.
